From 1979 to 2021 (Carter to Biden), American hands have been soaking in enough gallons of Afghan blood to drown a nation. Still the president sleeps well on his Boll and Branch sheets.
An attack toppled buildings and we were sold lies of hating freedom when the reality is that an abused indigenous population struck back. Still the president sleeps well on his Boll and Branch sheets.
An entire generation has been irreparably damaged by a convoluted illegal war that we still have no clear answer on why we were there. Still the president sleeps well on his Boll and Branch sheets.
46 years later, a flawed war ends worse than Vietnam as we’re chased from the nation we occupied by the demons we created. Still the president sleeps well on his Boll and Branch sheets.
The nation is presently calling for and defending imperialism and occupation as we watch is fail in real time. Still the president sleeps well on his Boll and Branch sheets.

So I am quite sure there’s numerous Republicans frothing at the mouth, whooping, cheering and whatever else at Trump pulling out of the Iran nuclear deal. Let’s unpack this one. The deal was made by John Kerry who is a slimy creature and it didn’t help the state of things. Trump is a complete fool who’s doing this for political reasons with no true forethought. Instead of putting together a different and possibly better deal he’s just imposing sanctions. Has anyone else considered the idea that the “terrorism” from the middle east is a result of us and Russia continuously carrying out acts of neo-imperialism to get at natural resources? Most notably opium and oil. Afghanistan and UBL had a problem with us because we played them as our pawn during the cold war. We screamed about a war on terror though we didn’t attack Saudi Arabia where the 9/11 terrorists and their funding came from because we have a strategically located base. America doesn’t want to fight terror. It wants to send young under privileged Americans to the meat grinder to continue mucking up a place we have no business in.
